Statistical Weight Verification System for Mass-Market Consumer Products

Our software tool automates the statistical control of net weight on high-volume production lines. By randomly sampling a predefined number of units, the system determines in real time whether each product falls within the established tolerance limits, ensuring regulatory compliance and the quality of the entire batch.

Two-factor authentication

The system operates with two simultaneous levels of control:

• Acceptable tolerance range It detects products that fall within the acceptable range and automatically approves them to continue down the line.
• Alert or rejection range — identifies units that are above or below the critical limit, triggering automatic rejection or an alert to the operator.

Real-time charts and statistical analysis

The system automatically generates statistical process control (SPC) charts that allow you to track weight changes over time, identify trends before they become deviations, and take corrective action proactively. The available charts include:

• Trend line to detect process deviations before they lead to nonconformities

Full traceability

Each verification is logged with the date, time, operator, batch, and result, generating exportable reports for audits, inspections, and certifications such as ISO 9001, OIML R87, or GMP.
